We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with perfect cleanliness, excellent hotel facilities, and a prime location on top of Tokyo train station. The breakfast was so great, offering a wide selection of delicious eastern and western foods. The staff were very good, provided really good service and even escorting us to our train platform on departure day.

Upon arrival, I felt welcomed by the attentive staff who offered me a refreshing drink. the room was luxurious, with exclusive amenities such as a plush robe and slippers, and a fully stocked minibar. the in-room breakfast was a delightful experience, with a variety of options such as fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes.

The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which was a bit too strong and difficult to adjust. the attentive staff promptly addressed the issue and provided additional blankets.

I had a fantastic stay at a luxurious hotel in the heart of Tokyo. The location couldn't have been better, right at one of the busiest train stations. The staff were really good, even escorting us and handling our luggage when we checked out. After a day of shopping, it was so convenient to relax in the comfort of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a large bathroom and a perfect shower. I also loved the historic charm of the building and its connection to the railway station. The breakfast was amazing, offering both delicious Western and Japanese options. I highly recommend this hotel for a upscale and relaxing Tokyo experience.

Here, I found a luxurious haven in the heart of the city. Exclusive amenities such as a fantastic spa offering full body massage and private facilities made my stay a relaxing retreat. the service team goes above and beyond to fulfill any request, providing in, room breakfast and 24, hour bar/lounge area. the perfect location allowed me to hop on the extensive rail system with ease.

The only downside I could find at this hotel was its high price range, although it's worth the value, gym access costs around $30. Despite that, their staff surpasses any expectations with world, class service, and the room advantages feel like a home away from home.

The service at this hotel was excellent, from the helpful concierge to the friendly staff. They were able to assist us in getting a reservation at a popular sushi restaurant, a highlight of our trip. The location was unbeatable, right by the train station, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo and getting to the airport. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a wide selection of delicious food.
